About Alumni

Alumni status requires a minimum of 21 credit units taken at Hope International University (HIU), Pacific Christian College (PCC), or Pacific Bible Seminary (PBS) as determined by the Registrar's Office. (See Registration in WMS information, below.)

WMS Patron Type: Alumni

Alumni Patron Type Definition

Status is determined by Registrar Alumni Verification form.

Alumni of HIU will be assigned Alumni status in WMS.

WMS Privileges

Alumni may check out as many as 10 books at a time.
Picture ID used for registration is required for circulation transactions.
Alumni may activate their Patron Accounts to place books on hold.
Alumni may not:
- Renew books online
- Request Interlibrary Loans

Registration in WMS

Alumni may already be in the system under their former Student status. Their status must be changed to "Alumni" and contact information updated upon completion of an Alumni Verification form the Registrar's Office.

Acceptable Identification: Government issued picture ID.

Patron Expiration date: one year from registration (renewable annually.)

Contact information must be updated before registration is renewed.
