Library Policies

Dongseo University in Busan, Korea sends 100 students to participate in the English as a Second Language (ESL) program at HIU annually. (ESL students from other countries attend this program as well.)

• Judy Kim, Director of International Student Programs, coordinates student services including library use and orientation.
• Dr. Joseph Jung is the Dean of the US Regional Campus of Dongseo University which operates under the umbrella of the College of Education of Hope International University.
• Dr. Doug Domene is the Dean of College of Education.

They are considered HIU students and are issued an active hiu.email address by Information Technology using their HIU ID number. However, they should be assigned "Guest" Patron Type in WMS.

If they are not found in WMS, they should complete a blue New Patron slip. to be entered manually.
