"Student" status is determined by Campus Management.
The following programs qualify for "Student" status in WMS:
*While online students are not likely to borrow books from the Darling Library, those that do will be given Student status in WMS.

New Traditional Undergraduates (TUG) and Graduate (GRAD) students are automatically batch uploaded into WMS at the beginning of each new semester. Those that are not in the system should complete a blue New Patron slip and be reported to a Librarian for further investigation.
Acceptable Identification: Current HIU Student ID card
Patron Expiration Date: four years

Network accounts are maintained by the Information Technology Department and are associated with HIU email addresses. If a user has trouble with their login they should contact Information Technology (ext. 2607.) NOTE: This is not the same login used for WMS.
