Website examples 110-114 in the APA Publication Manual, chapter 10.
Include the author of the page or content whenever given, followed by a period. That may be an organization. A good thing to check is the website's "About Us" page.
Date should be the date the page was last updated. Use whatever date is given. Date should be inside a set of parens and followed by a period.
Title of the page should be in italics followed by a period.
Next should be the organization that owns that page followed by a period. If the "author" is a group, then this is skipped.
Last, the URL. No period follows the URL.
