Students, faculty, and staff of Inland Empire Academic Library Consortium institutions (see member institutions below) may register as guest borrowers. They must present an IEALC card signed by a librarian at their home institution and a current school or government issued photo ID (to be used as their WMS Patron ID number) and complete a blue New Patron slip.
